KULA Main Terms & Conditions for B2B Corporate Clients – Year 2023
All rates are to be considered per apartment per night, in local currency, exclusive of VAT and local taxes, and inclusive or exclusive of commission as per agreed terms.
Rates are valid from 1st January 2023 until 31st December 2023 and are subject to availability.
|Cancellation / Amendment / No-Show / Early Departure Policy: |
1-6 Nights Stay: 3 days’ notice is required prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 50% of booking value penalty fee
7-28 Nights Stay: 1 week notice is required prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights penalty fee
29+ Nights Stay: 2 weeks’ notice is required prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 14 nights penalty fee
|Security Deposit: |
A cautionary security deposit of GBP 250 / AUD 250 / EUR 250 inclusive of all applicable taxes is required to be collected from all guests staying at KULA apartments.
The amount is pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card and is fully released at the end of the guest stay provided that no damages or losses have occurred to the apartment.
The request for deposit can be waived upon receipt of written confirmation from Agents/Companies that they will take full accountability in case of property damage or loss caused by the guest.

By prior arrangements, guests are welcome to be accompanied by their pets during their stay at KULA apartments.
A non-refundable one-off fee of GBP 50 / AUD 50 / EUR 50 inclusive of all applicable taxes does apply.
