• Rates are per room, per night and commissionable at 15% excluding VAT on net rates.
• Room rates are based on a 5 night minimum stay at all hotels. All stays less than 5 nights will be charged at Best Available Rates for the room type booked.
• Rates are subject to availability.
• Sofa Bed Supplement: £32.00 room, per night and commissionable at 15% excluding VAT on net rates in enabled rooms
• Balcony Supplement: £40.00 room, per night and commissionable at 15% excluding VAT on net rates at Plaza on the River
*Please note that all 2 Bedrooms have double bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom
• Baby cots are available and free of charge.
• Pets are allowed with a one-off charge of £80.00 at Plaza on the River only.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations for stays of 14 nights or less must be made at least 48 hours before arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the cost of 1 night accommodation and VAT
• Cancellations for stays of between 15 and 30 nights must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge of equal to 3 nights and VAT
• Cancellations for stays more than 30 nights must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal to the cost of 7 nights’ accommodation and VAT
3. GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations should be guaranteed by valid credit card.
4. CREDIT PROCEDURES
Credit facilities are available, subject to application made in writing and approved by the hotel’s Accounts Department.
5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: 14:00 hrs Check-out: 12:00 hrs (noon)
6. PAYMENT METHOD
Commission payment will be received 30 days after guest has checked out. Hotels should not receive payment minus commission unless agreed otherwise with the hotel directly.
