Terms and conditions

 

All reservations are non-refundable/non-amendable & non-cancellable. No refunds are issued for shortening/amending or cancelling of any confirmed booking. Any date amendments must be requested in writing and Sanctum International have no obligation to accept your request. Based on availability, date amendments will result in a 25 % service charge for the full amount of the original booking made and nightly rate subject to increase.

All reservations are non-refundable however guest may request in writing to cancel the booking and request Sanctum International to re-let the apartment. If the apartment is successfully re-let a credit note valued for the amount of the original booking less 25 % service charge for management fee will be issued. This credit note will be valid for one year from date of issue and can be used based on availability for a future stay at Sanctum International.

In the event that Sanctum International are unable to offer you the apartment type booked in your reservation confirmation due to unforeseen circumstances or human error Sanctum International will seek to accommodate you in the other of 2 locations of the same standards. (Sanctum International Belsize or Sanctum International Maida Vale).

Please note cards used to confirm the booking must be presented on arrival, otherwise alternative payment will be required in order to check-in.

On arrival full identification for non UK residents is required, e.g. a passport. For UK residents some form of formal identification e.g. driving license is required.

Early Check-in is available between 6:00 – 15:00 for £100.00 (subject to availability)

Before 11:00

Baby cots (extra charge), High chairs (extra charge)

Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

On arrival a security deposit of £500.00 will be taken to cover against any breakages or damages that may occur. This will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after departure and once the apartment has been checked.

All apartments have a No Smoking policy. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.
