|Rates and reservations|
|Reservations can be made through any of the following channels:

Rates are agreed with the Client (unless otherwise stated) and the Client agrees that they will not be amended, changed or divulged to any third party unless specifically authorised in writing by both the Client and an authorised The Residence representative.
Negotiated rates are subject to availability and will only be guaranteed if booked in advance of arrival. Negotiated rates apply to individual reservations & are subject to the relevant room type being available at the time of booking.
Rates are per apartment, per night and are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at 20% for the first 28 nights and thereafter at 4%. No rate adjustment will be possible once a guest has checked in to the Apartment.
Reservations will only be considered confirmed following written confirmation, with a valid credit or debit card number for the deposit or a company/travel agent email/fax confirming payment details in case of requiring an invoice
|Accounts must be settled prior to arrival unless Credit Facilities have been agreed. An account may take up to 28 days to set up and is at our discretion. We will only consider establishing such an account subject to the receipt of satisfactory references.
Residence Marylebone / Shoreditch accept BACS & the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard & American Express
In the event that an account is set up, invoices must be settled by the due date.
We are unable to accept cash upon arrival, and any cheques must be cleared prior to your arrival
BACS payments must be cleared prior to arrival with a copy of the remittance sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
|Credit Card Authorisation Forms|
|If the credit card used to pay for the booking will not be present at the point of check-in, a third party credit card authorisation form must be completed in full and returned to RML with a scan of the front and back of the card, prior to the guest checking in. Access will not be granted if these documents are not received.|
|Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed in writing by The Residence at the time of booking.
For reservations of:7 night’s duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 14 days prior to date of arrival 8 to 28 nights, then 28 days’ notice of cancellation will be required29 to 89 nights, then 6 weeks’ notice of cancellation will be required
90 +nights, then 6 weeks’ notice of cancellation will be required.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
All cancellations made outside of the above will be charged in full
|Check out of the apartment will be by 10:30am. Any request for a late check-out is strictly subject to availability on the day of departure and may be subject to an extra charge.|
|For each booking we do require a security deposit of £250 to hold against any incidentals. This will be refunded at the end of your stay once we have checked your apartment/s. The charges will be as follows
|It is the responsibility of the Client and/or designated booking agent to provide Client contact details in the event of a non-arrival.|
|No pets allowed.|
|We have a strict no party / not gathering policy. Apartments cannot have more than the maximum occupancy quoted at booking stage.|
