Rates are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), per apartment per night
Rates are exclusive of breakfast and VAT. VAT is charged at 20% for the first 28 consecutive nights and at 4% from the 29^th night onwards
Rates are inclusive of all utility bills, Wi-Fi internet access and weekly housekeeping service
Rates are commissionable on the net rent value as per agreed terms
Promotion is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
STAY reserves the right to withdraw the above promotional rates at any time in accordance with business needs

Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure Policy:

1-6 night stay: 48 hrs prior to arrival date (to avoid 1 night penalty fee)

7-28 night stay: 7 days prior to arrival date (to avoid 3 nights penalty fee)

29+ night stay: 14 days prior to arrival date (to avoid 7 nights penalty fee for 29-89 night stay and 14 nights penalty fee for 90+ night stay)
