Booking Deposit
Park Lane Apartments take 25% of the total as a deposit.
For short notice arrivals of less than 7 days (from the moment to booking is made) Park Lane Apartments requires payment of the total amount of the reservation.
*Please note they may taken an authorisation of £500 as damages deposit on the credit card provided. This amount is not charged but blocked from the credit card and released automatically within 5 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at any time up to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the total.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total.
Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival will be charged the total cost of the stay.
In the event of an early departure, or no show, guests will be charged for the total price of the reservation.

Shaw House Apartments are housed in an impressive Georgian period property. It is part of the Park Lane Apartments portfolio which includes Clarges Street and comprises of a selection of one, two, three and four bedroom luxury serviced apartments in the heart of Mayfair. This building was once the home of the world famous author William Somerset Maugham (writer of ‘Of Human Bondage’ and ‘The Razor’s Edge’), there is a blue plaque on the exterior wall commemorating this fact. Conveniently located near to Piccadilly, Green Park underground station (Jubilee, Piccadilly & Victoria lines) and a short stroll to the open spaces of Green Park and Hyde Park.
