Rates are quoted in the currency of the destination unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates on date of booking are used to calculate rates in the currency to be invoiced, if applicable.
Upon receipt of confirmation by written authorisation (including email) to book the reservation, cancellation/amendment charges will apply.
Apartments and rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Apartments are not held provisionally.
Please be advised that a surcharge of up to 2.5% (3.3% for AMEX) may be applicable depending on destination for all payments made via credit card. Payment by AMEX will be processed in Pound Sterling (GBP) which may result in currency fluctuations and fees applied by your Credit Card or Bank provider for each transaction on your final bill.
Check-in and check-out times vary from provider to provider and will be confirmed upon booking. Requests for arrivals prior to the specified arrival time or late departures must be requested in advance and may result in an additional charge.
Photographs of apartments represent the standard features and amenities available at the property, but may not be the actual apartment allocated upon check in. Please note: air conditioning and dishwashers are not a standard amenity across all properties; washing machines may be in the apartments or communal or not provided.
Parking, internet and other services are not included in the rate unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes (if not included in the rate) will be noted with the offer.
Liability for Personal Property: Oakwood, or any of Oakwood’s partner providers, will not be responsible or liable for injury, damages or loss of personal or business property, which is not directly caused by Oakwood’s negligence. Guests are advised to consider purchasing insurance coverage for personal property and/or personal liability. As insurance regulations vary by region, guests should contact their insurance carrier to verify if coverage applies to destination.
If the provider requires full pre-payment and their deadline is not met, then they may either refuse entry or charge the guest directly on arrival.
The “Minimum Stay” requirement is the number of days needed to satisfy the initial lease term. The financial commitment cannot be shorter than this noted time frame.
The “Notice to Vacate” period is the number of days (14 days) in advance you will need to confirm your departure date in writing, to Oakwood directly. Please note, your temporary housing provider and the property where you would be staying may be two separate entities.
Option to extend is subject to availability.
Cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment is to reach Oakwood 14 working days prior to the check in date.
Oakwood Bow Lane is located in Well Court a little cul-de-sac just off Bow Lane. Bow Lane is named for St Mary-le-Bow Church which is at the northern end of the lane and is a lovely pedestrianised street richly populated with an array of independent boutiques, cafes and stylish restaurants. This city residence is ideally nestled between a number of underground stations, choose from Mansion House (District and Circle Lines), St Paul’s and Bank (Central Line).
Their portfolio includes studio, one and two bedroom apartments all stylishly furnished. All the apartments have a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer as standard. Please note that the two bedroom apartment has only one bathroom.
After a long day in the office why not relax with a glass of wine In the lounge area watching the flat screen television with cable tv and wireless internet. This property is in a district covered by the City of London Corporation's Street Wi-Fi Service.
Oakwood Bow Lane is ideal for the independent traveller wanting a ‘home from home’ in London. There is lift access to all apartments and maid service is once per week, when linens and towels are changed.
It on your doorstep, so explore the square mile of the City at your leisure. Shop at One New Change just around the corner from the Residence with a variety of boutique fashion shops, café and the pièce de résistance the stunning public roof terrace, with spectacular views of St Paul’s Cathedral open daily until midnight. There is a restaurant a bar on the roof too.
