All reservations of 28 days or more, full prepayment for the first 28 days to be received 7 days prior to arrival, payment of each further period of up to 28 days for duration of stay is to be received 72 hours in advance.
Where payment for any reservation is not received as due, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
All payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or supported by agreed corporate credit facilities.
Subsequent periods beyond the first 28 days will be invoiced in advance in 30-day periods thereof in line with the reservation duration.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Reservations of up to and including 14 nights must be cancelled by 12 noon 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will be charged for the first night plus tax.
Reservations of 15-28 nights must be cancelled by 12 noon 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will be charged for the first 3 nights plus tax.
Reservations of 29-89 nights must be cancelled by 12 noon 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will be charged for the first 7 nights plus tax.
Reservations of 90 nights or more must be cancelled by 12 noon 4 weeks prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will be charged for the first 4 weeks plus tax.
