Tenancy Agreement

Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement (TALA) issued for bookings under 3 months. Full Tenancy Agreement issued for bookings of 3 months or longer.



£500/bedroom for bookings under 90 days

£500 for all corporate bookings.

4 weeks rent for bookings over 90 days



Full payment due minimum 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received:

28 days before arrival – full refund

21-28 days before arrival – 10% of total amount due up to 3 weeks rent

If less than 21days before arrival – 100% of total amount due up to 3 weeks rent

During Peak Periods – no refunds available


Late Check-out

10am – 12 noon – chargeable

Available upon application

12 noon onwards, charged for full day

Cheval Harrington Court is located in the heart of South Kensington footsteps to South Kensington underground station on the Piccadilly, District and Circle lines with direct links to the West End and City of London. It is moments from the pedestrianised café and restaurant area adjacent to South Kensington station. The Natural History, Science and V&A museums are just on the far side of this area which is closed off to traffic, as is the Royal Albert Hall and Knightsbridge. This property is also a good location for visitors to the Brompton and Royal Marsden Hospitals.

With excellent tube and bus routes close by these apartments they could be ideal for all types of clients needing to commute to all parts of London including the West End and City.

This property has short stay, one and two bedroom apartments, and long stay one, and two and three bedroom apartments. The long stay apartments are subjected to a longer lease limitation of three month whereas as the short stay apartments offer the apartments for a minimum stay of seven nights.

At Cheval Harrington Court, guests can expect to find a 24 hour concierge present in the reception area on the ground floor. There is a daily maid service available Monday through Friday, leaving visitors free to enjoy the wonders of London without worrying about their domestic abode.
