RESERVATIONS
To guarantee a reservation credit card details are required and the following deposit policy applies. Reservations of less than 1 week – full prepayment is required. Low & mid-season reservations of 1 week or longer – 1 week’s rental is required. The remaining balance due for the period of the booking is to be paid immediately upon arrival.
For high season reservations – 2 week’s rental is required. The remaining balance due for the period of the booking is to be paid immediately upon arrival.
All deposits are due 4 – 6 weeks prior to the arrival date (4 weeks for low & mid-season reservations, 6 weeks for high season reservations).
On arrival a credit card imprint or cash (Sterling Pounds) will be taken as security.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
If notice of cancellation (amendment) is received in writing 14 days (low & mid-season) or 42 days (high season) prior to arrival a full refund is given*. However, where less than 14 days (42 days for high season reservations) notice is given no refund will be made, unless the accommodation can be re-let.
*Refunds are subject to a 5% handling fee.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Apartments are available for occupation from 15:00 hours. Apartments must be vacated by 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Late check-out after this time can be requested in advance. It is subject to our availability and will be charged at 50% of the daily rate if check out before 2pm and full rate after 2pm.
BREAKAGES
Breakages and damages will be charged for.
TELEPHONES
On arrival a credit card imprint or cash (sterling) will be taken as security for telephone charges. Telephone calls are charged per unit. The length of the unit depends on where you calling (international, local) and the time of the day. Each apartment has its own direct line.
PETS
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our apartments.
SMOKING
Please be informed that all public areas have non-smoking policy, however, smoking in the apartments is allowed.
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE GUESTS’ PROPERTY
Hotel Proprietors act 1956 will apply, copy of which is displayed in reception.

Beaufort House is a delightful regency terrace property situated in Beaufort Gardens a quiet historical tree-lined cul-de-sac in the heart of London's exclusive Knightsbridge. Upon stepping out of the Beaufort Gardens guests will be immediately presented with the bustling area of Knightsbridge, where they can visit the world-famous Harrods and Harvey Nicholls, Princess Diana’s favourite store, browse the rails at any of the countless designer stores, or simply marvel at the sheer grandeur of Knightsbridge itself. In the opposite direction, there is a selection of London’s excellent museums, including the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The Royal Albert Hall is a 15 minute walk or six minute drive from the apartments, so concertgoers can take in a show at a moment’s notice, providing it’s not sold out.
Beaufort House is home to 20 serviced apartments each one is self-contained and individually furnished. Each of the luxurious Knightsbridge apartments has its own video entry phone and private direct dial telephone.
The apartments range from one bedroom apartments to a four bedroom apartment. The kitchens in the smaller apartments have a microwave combination oven, hobs and washer / dryer; whilst the two bedroom and three bedroom apartments have full kitchens with washer / dryers and dishwashers. Every apartment benefits from satellite television and high speed internet. Housekeeping is daily, seven days per week and on arrival residents receive a complimentary breakfast basket to welcome them to their home in London. Guests to Beaufort House can also obtain their free membership to the leisure club in South Kensington.
All the bedrooms face Beauchamp Place. Some of the apartments have balconies or patios which are perfect for relaxing outside in the warmer months.
